Due to the fees associated with credit card and online payments, we do not allow the discount to be used when using these forms of payment.
We do offer automatic ACH payments that will pull from your bank account on the 15th of every month. The discount will automatically be applied when using this payment option. If you would like to sign up, please fill out of the form below and return it to the main office.
